"Working with CE Impact Strategies is time well spent."

CE Impact Strategies is a one-stop-shop for DEI solutions because we leverage our experience and our relationships across multiple sectors. Whether virtual or in-person, we're a proven resource for training sessions, group workshops, and presentations.

We produce public-facing events through a DEI lens, facilitate strategic partnerships between organizations, develop DEI policy, and lead one-on-one coaching around DEI issues.

FACILITATION & TRAINING

We lead engaging trainings and facilitate workshops around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Belonging. These sessions are in-person and virtual. Examples of trainings and workshops include:

I've Got Your Back: Men Empowering Women Leaders and Colleagues
There are more female leaders than ever in our professional and personal lives. This workshop helps men look past their privilege and advocate for women in the workplace and at home.

I Can't Say THAT anymore? 10 Examples of Biased Language
This discussion takes a light-hearted look a serious topic. We examine words, phrases and concepts that are no longer acceptable when we strive to respect our colleagues and our colleagues’ identities.

10 Ways Privileged People See the World Differently from Marginalized People
We discuss the complexities of perspective, including how concepts such as law enforcement and professional demeanor can have different meanings, depending on privilege and access to resources.

PRESENTATIONS

We have a library of presentations or can create new presentations to connect with and inform diverse audiences. Existing presentations include:

LGBTQIA+ 101
This cornerstone presentation grounds organizations in current LGBTQIA+ issues. Together, we review LGBTQIA+ identities, pronouns and the meaning of the LGBTQ+ acronym.

A History of PRIDE
We provide a dynamic overview of the LGBTQ+ rights movement from post-WWII to LGBTQIA+ liberation to HIV/AIDS struggle to Marriage Equality to the present day. This presentation is popular during PRIDE month (June) and Queer History Month (October).

Black Leaders in the Struggle:
Bayard Rustin, Audre Lorde, Angela Davis, James Baldwin

We celebrate and uplift the legacy of 4 LGBTQ+ African American leaders who made an indelible impact on the LGBTQIA+ movement and mainstream culture. This presentation is ideal for Black History Month (February), PRIDE month (June), and Queer History Month (October).
